Outstanding customer service

My husband to be has been researching rings since he popped the question. He's not really a ring person so he was looking for something unique, that fits his personality and he wouldn't grow bored or tired of it.
We work in a park and he adores trees of all kinds. So this ring is just what he was looking for. He was looking for a design with variety not uniformity or structure and wanted to see something different every time he looks at it. I just love the different sizes and shapes of the trees!!! OMGOSH!
When I saw it i knew that it was exactly what he's been describing.
The ring was delivered very fast, within four days. He tried it on and it was too big even though he used several online sizing guides and landed on 9.5. So we returned it and the 9 was much better. It too arrived so quickly and the return procedure was so easy and absolutely no trouble at all. Ava has been great through this whole order and was accessible the whole time answering emails quickly and leading me through the order and returns.
It was such a great experience that I asked my husband to get my ring from here too.
