Gorgeous ring and great customer service!

This ring was meant to be for an anniversary gift to my husband. He loves bourbon, his hobby is woodworking and when we eloped years ago he said he always wanted a rose gold ring. I couldn’t believe I found this ring! It’s the whole package! Not only is the price crazy affordable - but it looks very classy and sleek. My husband, who is usually picky and difficult to shop for, LOVES it! I did have an issue with sizing, which was truly my fault. I was trying to really make it a surprise so didn’t use the ring sizer they provide and forgot his original size. Ava was very responsive and worked with me to get him the right size and return the ring! I did pay a very small replacement fee and paid for the shipping label, but overall it was worth it to get the right one and it’s already listed on their site before you buy so it wasn’t a surprise to me. I received the replacement ring super quick! I will definitely be recommending Pillar Styles to my friends!
