I did not know my ring size, so I used the free sizer that was provided which accurately sized my ring. I placed my order on March 12th, received the sizer on March 19th, and received the finished product on March 25th. I requested a lighter colored deer antler inlay for my ring, and Ava honored my request. The ring arrived in a cute little box with a hand-written thank you card. Overall I've had a wonderful experience shopping with Pillar Styles and would gladly purchase from them again.

My fiance and I ordered this ring without doing enough research and realized when it came that he wanted a thinner band. The ring was GORGEOUS but he wanted something thinner. I reached out to them to do an exchange, not expecting the world since it was our lack of research that necessitated the exchange. They were so helpful and flexible and allowed us to choose another ring with a thinner band and refunded us the difference. The replacement ring just arrived and it is equally beautiful.
