The BEST customer service

My husband has the bourbon barrel ring and it is so nice looking. With his line of work, unfortunately his ring detached (the wooden barrel part and titanium) but after speaking with Ava she let me know it’s under warranty and is shipping out a new one! Not only was this process easy but Ava is very quick to response and extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely be referring this company!!!!

Just as lovely as it looks in the photos

If you’ve shopped online, then I’m sure you’ve been burned at some point in the past. You order something and it doesn’t arrive even remotely as nice as the photos depict. I’m happy to report, that isn’t the case for Pillar Styles! This gunmetal whiskey barrel ring arrived yesterday, and it’s so beautiful in person. My fiancé is extremely pleased with it, and I couldn’t be happier considering I paid a fraction of what I would have at a jeweler. Don’t hesitate. Just buy it. Customer service is also extremely responsive, and the ring sizer we ordered was spot on in determining his size. 12/10 from me!

Exactly what I wanted

This ring is Bad Ass! Simply put its amazing! I came across pillar styles doing a google search and instantly shared the links with my fiancee lol. I work in maintenance so I wanted something strong with a nice look and the wood design inside is really nice. Originally I told her a half size smaller so it was pretty tight. I sent an email and received a reply the next day. Once I shipped the smaller ring the correct size came in 4 days and it fits perfect. Would definitely recommend and already planning to add the Gold tungsten with the wenge wood inlay for special occasions next as this will be my everyday ring.

Was going to buy from another seller originally but they never responded to my question. This is something Im seeing by many sellers on Etsy. Super frustrating. This seller had GREAT customer service! My husband has never worn a ring before and I wanted something that was special and meaningful. The fact that the inside of this ring is made out of whisky barrel is too cool. The edges were sharp and I emailed the seller. They responded very quickly and suggested using a high grit sandpaper to lightly sand it. Bingo! My husband loves it! Thank you!
